Dina Meyer is a New York native who was born in Forest Hills Queens. She made the move into Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her senior high school. There are two of her siblings: an older brother whose name is Gregory and a younger one called Evan. Her career began in entertainment when she was nine and was modeling. She started her acting training with The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York, where she studied the acting skills of Sanford Meisner along in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock and Michael Douglas were among the other actors who received such education. Her first role was in Beverly Hills 90210 which forced her to move to Los Angeles. Then, she got as the lead role in the movie Johnny Mnemonic, in which she was able to do all her own stunts, establishing herself as an athletic actress. Through the agents that was Matt LeBlanc that she was successful in securing a regular role on Friends.
